We were purchasing a parcel of land that had a lot of complications with respect to zoning, environmental easement, and being near the water, and Melissa went above and beyond to assemble a team of knowledgeable people to assist us in determining if it was worth moving forward with the purchase. She is extremely well connected, very knowledgeable and patient, and really cares about her clients. We highly recommend her for any kind of purchase or size purchase because she’s just one of those people that is going to dig in and understand what you need and figure out a way to get the deal closed for you!
