She worked day and night helping us, and she was always present. Unfortunately, we had a bad first time experience buying a home but Anne fought for us. She was definitely that voice for us and made sure things got pushed forward like they were supposed to! We fell in love with a home and she did everything possible to make sure we got it! She also made sure everything was done in a timely matter and met the deadlines. But even after we got the house, she still went above and beyond and surprised us. Irina would always make time to help us through the homebuying process. We were out of the area at the time of buying and she was available by phone (call, text, video calls to show homes, etc.), email, etc., all days of the week and all times. She was very understanding and patient through the process. She spent time with us, learned and understood what we wanted, and then found listings specifically for us. As soon as property we wanted came up for sale, she worked to get the offer in and the sale processed. We think so highly of her as she has been so great and personable, and she has been on our side every step of the way. Her feedback, guidance and coaching has been special, and we wouldn't have gotten exactly what we wanted without her support!
