Michael greatly simplified my house purchase by informing me and orchestrating the process while always keeping me up to date with the status of my purchase.

Roxana couldn’t have been more professional, supportive, and easy to work with. This was my husband’s and my first home together in 36 years. Roxana kept us on track and was there helping us fill out paper work no matter what time of day or night and she was handling it from 900 miles away. She was always patient and understanding that we are in our 70’s and not very technical. We laughed a lot. She helped make our dream a reality considering this was the best 30th Anniversary gift. Roxana is kind sweet and just a lovely human being. We loved having her part of our new adventure. We would recommend her to any one buying or selling a home. Thank you Roxana and Berkshire Hathaway Fort Myers. Thank you for Jenna Childers from Rose & Womble Towne Bank BerkshireHathaway Chesapeake VA for finding Roxana.

Michael, Thank you for being there to help me pick out my house on the water. The stressful times were easier with you helping me through it. Always making me smile or laugh. You are truly one of a kind and an incredible realtor. You are so very smart about the housing market and always go the extra mile for anything for me to find out information on the home and those sold around it. Thank you Michael for all you did for me. I will definitely call you again down the road and refer all those who ask me. Best of the best! Thank you so much.

From the first contact with Alex and well after the close on our dream home, Alex has been amazing. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to find what I was looking for in a home. I feel like he looked for the small things that would matter over time and provided a lot of insight on home buying in Florida. He was always polite and organized and guided me in each step of the home buying experience. I am so very appreciative of all the time he spent helping me to find the right home. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. We will work with him again in the future for additional property planning. Thanks Alex, you are the best!!!

Arletis da un excelente servicio, siempre está dispuesta a colaborar y aclarar las dudas

We have been working with Kim for years and with this sale she went above what is expected from a real estate agent. She helped us with clearing out furniture when we were in another state and could not go to Florida to do this due to a health issue. She did several things to help us out and even to help the buyers in the purchase!

Tom was wonderful. He went above and beyond to help us get the deal closed. He was with us every step of the way.

Amanda is great! She went above and beyond to secure us the perfect house. Secured a deal that we didnt think we would get. Cant say enough good things and highly recommend.
