Lina Morrow is a true professional. I appreciated her working with my daughter on a lot of the process stuff. Lina was her realtor when they moved to Hickory and my daughter and her husband recommended Lina to me based her skills at that time. Lina was helpful with the offer and the counter offer. The closing was smooth in spite of the Covid virus issues. We used the Docusign process to facilitate the bid/offer and the closing documents. Once I got the hang of it this was an uneventful process. I would not hesitate to recommend Lina Morrow if you are looking for a professional realtor.

Susie is great to work with because she is knowledgeable about the areas she services. She is personable and makes the whole process go smoothly. As I was out of state client, Susie attended several of the appointments on my behalf (for example, the inspection) which was excellent. Susie's follow through on the items found on the inspection was great and stayed on top of the whole process. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Susie and I think of her not only as my agent but as a friend! She first sold my son and his girlfriend their new home and was so great with them.
