She helped us get a feel for what to expect with this new southern lifestyle. She had great resources for when we were ready to get our inspection and home loan process, especially since we were unfamiliar with the area. Again, since we didn't always get down to NC, she helped us with video calls, virtual tours and even was so kind to do our final walk through on video chat.
