We were in process of moving from Wisconsin to North Carolina and Thea did such a great job with helping us find the perfect home in our ideal location. With being states away, Thea made the home buying process smooth and so much less stressful. She was knowledgeable in the area we were looking into and gave us not only great home knowledge, but things to for in a home, things to check out in the area, and learning the realty rules that were different than our home state. She helped us get a feel for what to expect with this new southern lifestyle. She had great resources for when we were ready to get our inspection and home loan process, especially since we were unfamiliar with the area. Again, since we didn't always get down to NC, she helped us with video calls, virtual tours and even was so kind to do our final walk through on video chat. She is so friendly and kind and we cannot thank her enough for all her help with this move.
