Niki and Skylar both made selling my home one of the easiest experiences that I have had as homeowner. They were attentive to details, kept me informed and had the best negotiating skills that made the whole transaction move smoothly from start to finish. The genuine concern, the down home personalities and the fun way that made every conversation feel as if I had known them for years. It was a comfortable feeling. I highly recommend Niki and Skylar whether you are buying or selling. They are the best in my opinion.

Quite responsive and honest I would say sometimes overly busy but made up for it in other ways

David truly went above and beyond throughout the entire sale of my home. He did an excellent job marketing the property and went the extra mile to make sure everything came together quickly and smoothly. What really impressed me was that David personally took care of repairs that helped save me money and allowed us to get the home on the market faster. He even went above and beyond by showing the home to the buyers when the other agent was unable to do so. His communication was always quick, clear, and prompt, which made the entire process so much easier. I’m very glad I made the choice to list my home with David. He provided outstanding service from start to finish. Thank you, David, for making this such a smooth, fast, and stress-free experience. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares about his clients and gets the job done!
