Lucas is incredibly responsive, and always got back to us super humanly fast. We were never in the dark, and he went above and beyond to communicate to us, or any additional parties involved, during each stage of the process. We never needed to ask for anything. Lucas would always proactively take action on items without us ever needing to ask him to. He always knew what needed to be done and was a step ahead of everyone during the entire process. Whether we needed to submit documents, get comps to justify our position during negotiations, or get our mortgage company to push our deal over the finish line, we could always count on Lucas to be there working at all hours to make sure we were happy and on track to close. We recommend working with Lucas if you are looking for a top tier realtor.
