Kevin is an excellent agent. Kevin demonstrated advanced knowledge regarding the market to offer current trends and patterns and solid predictions regarding future market possibilities. Equally important, Kevin is an exceptional listener who has the capacity to understand my needs as a buyer and provide thoughtful insights for consideration to minimize risks. Kevin went far beyond the requirements of a realtor to identify and cover all of the tasks needed to ensure a smooth and easy process from making a decision on the property to closing.

I spoke with several real estate agents in the Kings Mountain area, and Victoria  Lawson was the only one who showed up, was on time, and prepared.  The property sold was 'As Is.' It was a great flip or investment opportunity. Victoria was not afraid of the challenge and immediately was ready to move forward with representing  me and the property.  During the process, Victoria was communicating regularly with updates. The property received several legitimate offers on the first day of listing. Part of my criteria was the need for a quick sale, as I live out of the state. Initially, we thought it would be a smooth and quick transition but the buyers legal representation appeared weak in contract law.  Victoria  was dismayed and stepped in with a suggestion of a skilled attorney for my (seller) representation. I was pleased with the suggestion and how the Taylor Law firm helped me. There were a number of errors committed by the buyer's attorney and staff. There was a breach of the contract.  Victoria stayed on top of the buyer's legal firm and ensured they did not falter.    I have faith in Victoria Lawson's expertise as an experienced real estate agent. I would have no concern in using her again. Her strong relationships with the surrounding community, combined with her extensive real estate transaction experience, which includes being a great advocate for me, make her an outstanding agent.  

Michelle was very helpful throughout the whole buying process. Always there to answer any questions that we needed answered. She was the only agent that was willing to help me see a house last minute and on a Saturday, and I called three different agents. I would highly recommended her to friends and family.

Choon was with us every step of the way from buying our new home and selling our old. She went above and beyond to help get everything done despite road blocks along the way. We couldn't have asked for a better agent

Working with Sasha was an excellent experience. I started out five years ago looking at just blank land and she showed me several beautiful pieces of property but some of them either didn't work or out a budget. And as time went on my disabilities started to catch up plans changed. Once again she started showing me property would houses and being a picky customer😆 she stuck with me. Just a little note thrown in here I worked with probably for other realtors before Sasha They did not have the drive that Sasha had to help me find my final house. Also this is my first time ever purchasing property and a house. So finally I landed on 5 acres in Belwood North Carolina at a good price for me🤔😬 So anybody that reads this I highly recommend working with Sasha Elliott . You'll be very pleased working with her...
