Susan really shined during our negotiations and through the closing, walking us through each step and staying on top of the entire process to ensure closing occurred on schedule. She compiled additional documents for our appraisal and communicated with us almost daily to keep us informed. Susan went above and beyond during our out of state closing by doing a video walkthrough with us and securing our keys. Susan is an extremely personable and professional realtor and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She will handle our future real estate needs when we are ready to downsize.

I truly feel like he has our back and everything gets done very efficiently with him. Beyond that, he is super accessible.
