Karen Is The Best!

We were referred to Karen by our realtor in Alabama and it was the perfect referral. Karen is very punctual with appointments. She pretty much bent over backwards for us. We had a lot of questions throughout the whole process. She knew what we were looking for in a house and the area. She didn't hesitate when we asked to expand our area in North Carolina. When we decided to purchase she had all of the processes and people we needed to complete the transaction. We actually closed on the house on the road in move to Shelby! Purchasing a home while living out of state was a bit complicated but Karen walked us through all the moving parts. She secured us an excellent deal and handled all the inspection issues.
