Excellent experience

Looking for a home from out of state is extremely challenging, but Susan made the effort to understand what we were looking for and made excellent recommendations on what neighborhoods to focus our search and what homes were excellent values. She communicated with us regularly before our visit to coordinate viewings and provided a comprehensive analysis of the market in each neighborhood, helping us eliminate homes efficiently. Susan really shined during our negotiations and through the closing, walking us through each step and staying on top of the entire process to ensure closing occurred on schedule. She compiled additional documents for our appraisal and communicated with us almost daily to keep us informed. Susan went above and beyond during our out of state closing by doing a video walkthrough with us and securing our keys. Susan is an extremely personable and professional realtor and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She will handle our future real estate needs when we are ready to downsize.

I spoke with several real estate agents in the Kings Mountain area, and Victoria  Lawson was the only one who showed up, was on time, and prepared.  The property sold was 'As Is.' It was a great flip or investment opportunity. Victoria was not afraid of the challenge and immediately was ready to move forward with representing  me and the property.  During the process, Victoria was communicating regularly with updates. The property received several legitimate offers on the first day of listing. Part of my criteria was the need for a quick sale, as I live out of the state. Initially, we thought it would be a smooth and quick transition but the buyers legal representation appeared weak in contract law.  Victoria  was dismayed and stepped in with a suggestion of a skilled attorney for my (seller) representation. I was pleased with the suggestion and how the Taylor Law firm helped me. There were a number of errors committed by the buyer's attorney and staff. There was a breach of the contract.  Victoria stayed on top of the buyer's legal firm and ensured they did not falter.    I have faith in Victoria Lawson's expertise as an experienced real estate agent. I would have no concern in using her again. Her strong relationships with the surrounding community, combined with her extensive real estate transaction experience, which includes being a great advocate for me, make her an outstanding agent.  

I chose Angela because my friend’s daughter had her help with the purchase of her home. They both could not stop raving about how wonderful and helpful the experience was and said I needed to call Angela when I decided to purchase a home. She not only lived up to the expectations they set but exceeded them. I have joined both if them in telling everyone what a treasure Angels is. Since I was moving from out of state, she helped with all the details needed to buy my new house - taxes, rules and restrictions for the neighborhood, contractors, inspections, etc. She was so thorough and knowledgeable that I had very few questions that weren’t answered before I had a chance to ask them. Because she grew up in the town I was looking at, her knowledge of the residents, history, nearby areas and activities were so interesting and personal it made me feel I was already a part of the town. I can’t wait until I can start being a part of my new community.
