Andy helped us sell our old home and buy our new home. He was great to work with through the whole process. There was some work we wanted to do on our old home before we put it on the market. He referred us to some great contractors that got the job done. He was very easy to work with and was always quick to respond to phone calls and text messages. Our home got an offer above asking price within 24 hours of being placed on the market. We closed on that house and our new house within about 30 days.
