He cares about people, and he showed that he cared about the sale of our property, in understanding our feelings of loss as well as joy, over it. He wasn't in it for the sale but to help us receive the best that he could do for us. We sure appreciated that. I know with all of our questions and concerns, he was able to handle those professionally, without us feeling that we were overreacting or mistrusting.
