Ana and Team Forest have been the best part of what could be a really demoralizing real estate market. I know conventional wisdom says to interview several agents…we wandered into Ana’s office wanting to write a same day offer on a house we’d just seen. From the minute we stumbled into the office saying we had a “real estate emergency”, Ana and her team took such amazing care of us. We spent well over an hour together that impromptu day and we have never considered another agent for buying or selling. Ana and her team recently guided us through the purchase process for our forever home and helped us sell our home off market, going from obtaining disclosures to presenting an offer in less than a week, all while we were on vacation. Going above and beyond is just standard procedure for them from Pascal reviewing everything that might be problematic at a house, ensuring that you think with your head and not just your heart, to helping us get rid of the things we no longer need. The team has seemingly endless resources for everything you might need, saving time and money. I used to think being a real estate agent would be an easy and lucrative gig that anyone could do….whoo boy was I wrong about that! This team earned every penny and proved that an exceptional agent works 24/7. Ana reviewed the final offer with us after 10 on a Friday night and she did it in amazing good humor. She was helpful in evaluating our property, significantly helping prep the property for sale by identifying and contacting multiple service providers, staging the property and agressively marketing the property. Once bids came in, she was thoughtful in terms of comparing the bids. Overall, she did a great job.
Simply put, Heidi is a phenomenal real estate agent with an almost uncanny sense of the market and a wealth of experience in Upper Rockridge. Selling a home lived in for over 30 years is complicated. Emotions permeate everything. Heidi managed the process with depth, intelligence, and poise. She outlined a robust plan, provided crews to touch up cosmetics where needed, and kept to a rational timetable that optimized for best sales outcomes. She did this all while communicating every step along the way and maintaining complete transparency. Ultimately the property was on the market only briefly, the sale price far exceeded the listing price, and a wonderful young family purchased a home that they can grow into for years to come. It was the best of all possible scenarios for all concerned.
