Jane and crew literally set the style, picked and contracted with the contractors, managed the project on a day to day basis, and handled all billing and sign-offs. Work was very high quality and exactly what the house needed without me needing to lift a finger basically. The project came in exactly on budget. The house was then marketed intensely by Jane, the price set just right (all with her guidance) and the offers then just flowed in. Closing was smooth and clean. Look no more!
