On the Memorial Day Long weekend, Jake was working for us when we least expected it. He found out our dream home (that we had written off entirely as a possibility) had no offers after an initial open house. He urged us to act fast. He guided us and proved a shrewd negotiator- even the sellers agent congratulated him on the tactic's success. We couldn't have done it without his diligence and skill. After we closed, Jake was able to provide us with many local contractors, all who came promptly and did terrific work. He has a guy for everything including roofers, landscaping, and general contractors. Additionally, he was a great liaison of closing procedures between the sellers and us. In a process that requires hard decision making: choosing Jake to be our agent was not one of them.
