I can’t recommend Kim highly enough. Over the past year and a half I have done 6 successful transactions with Kim... both on the sale and purchase side... ranging from large scale investment properties (20+ units) to single family houses to, most recently, the addition of an incredible duplex in one of San Francisco’s best neighborhoods, which I have the good fortune of calling, “home.” In all cases, Kim showed dedication and went ABOVE AND BEYOND as my agent. My dealings are always complicated, often with impending time crunches, 1031 tax exchanges and, frankly, my taste requirements and level of expectation. He always rises to the occasion. There’s no doubt in my mind that my successes in the cutthroat real estate market of Northern California are due in no small part to Kim and his knowledge, integrity, connections and “can do” approach. He is kind, thorough, honest and an exemplary agent and guide. At this point I wouldn’t work with anyone else.
