Trish has extensive experience in East Bay real estate and brings extensive knowledge and practical guidance to her clients. With the market changes, I was nervous and Trish was patient and communicative throughout. She also shared helpful resources to prepare my home for sale (stager, inspection folks, etc). There were a couple of curve balls that were unexpected and her responsiveness and calm helped me navigate those surprises. My home sale did extremely well and I credit Trish's expertise and guidance for much of that! Would highly recommend.
