I give Bethe the highest accolades for her skills and acumen in selling my condo in a very tough COVID-19 market. My condo had been languishing on the market for several months, enduring multiple price drops as the competition in my building and neighborhood increased. Bethe came into the picture and found a buyer in a few weeks. She gave fresh eyes to the property and skillfully managed many unseen obstacles that popped up (a massive leak from the unit above, a last minute plumbing repair just hours before a final walk-through) all with a cool, calm efficiency. She realized the strain I was under to sell my unit and was always comforting, encouraging and positive thinking. It really made a difference-this personal touch during a stressful time. I completely trusted Bethe to come through with a buyer and she did. I highly recommend her both for her professional knowledge of the Bay Area market as well as for her approachable, likeable demeanor. Highly recommended!

We searched for a home in the highly competitive Montclair neighborhood for over three years, making dozens of offers with a couple of different agents — until we met Claudia Scott, who changed our fortunes almost overnight. Claudia brings an exceptional network: a trusted team of lenders and deep personal relationships with fellow agents throughout the area. She worked tirelessly to surface opportunities, and when we found one within our budget, she leveraged those relationships with skill and confidence to win us our dream home — on the very first try. We give Claudia our strongest possible recommendation and will absolutely reach out to her again when the time comes.
