Shandy was an amazing real estate agent. This was my first time selling a house so I really relied on her expertise. Shandy led me step-by-step and was very informative and attentive throughout the entire process. She was available weekends and evenings. I always felt Shandy was there too stand up for me but also there to let me know when I needed to do something. I trust Shandy completely and believe her experience and knowledge is a wonderful asset when navigating the sale of a house. I would highly recommend her as a real estate agent.

After the sale of my building I immediately called Jose with a request for HELP in purchasing a home. He was there for me at all hours of the day, with kindness, understanding and expertise. As I am an out of state client he took care of everything, Lawyers, title Company, house cleaners, real estate agents, pest control, painters, even interested neighbors. Jose Escalante even asked for the approval of the house from his lovely wife. How lucky I have been to have Jose my very special agent!
Hannah continued to market our home through various media and got the job done. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property in the Lake County region.

Tom showed immediate interest in handling the sale of our home as we wished to downsize. He and his staff immediately met with us and reviewed the market and discussed pricing and timing of the sale. He and Paul Wahlia laid out a plan and we set the open house to be in about 5 weeks. They handled the preparation very smoothly and responsibly. They told us how to arrange the house and grounds, got a preliminary inspection and photographer. Upon completion of these projects, he suggested some modest repairs that made sense. The photography was excellent and showed the property to its best presentation. We were ready for the open house and received 3 offers within a week at prices over asking. Tom and his staff kept pushing the details to be completed and we finished escrow in the allotted time. We couldn't be more pleased.

The person I’m about to speak on is name Heather Wakefield is a Real Estate Sales person that I met when I retired from my position as a Union Pipe fitter for Local 467 & Local 38 both out of San Francisco BayArea I am a Forman on the job my job Builds Hospitals so I’m not only a builder I’m a life savor !!!! She showed me that the US is not as broken as everyone says she went out of her way to not only show how professional she is !!! The truth is she was a blessing in disguise, showed me the difference between a sales person & a fair & informative person !! I found myself @ ease of the hustle that real estate purchasing has turned to !!! If the world had more people like her in all industries not only Real estate the world would be in a greater world !!
