Rick makes dreams come true, and then some. Unlike other agents who demonstrated little knowledge of the area or who immediately encouraged me to increase my price point, Rick accepted my initial price range and my desire to spend time getting to know the relatively limited housing inventory (compared to the bay area). this was a tremendous help and prepared me to move quickly when the right property came along and to adjust my price expectations. Rick created a fantastic tabulation of over 25 issues, including inspection report section, description, bid dollar amount, and bidder, and appended copies of all bids. This strong documentation supported our request for a significant (possibly record setting for the area) price concession that was ultimately accepted.
