Shani is an incredible realtor with a great amount of experience and an overwhelming amount of knowledge for easy or tough situations in buying or selling a home. In our situation selling two homes we encountered unlikely issues. For example, during California fires a client from a day of closing decided not to buy our home. the other situation was property lines a neighbor decided to create a situation when we decide to sell. Shani fought hard for us in every negative situation she came back swinging with a plan every single time. Shani constantly works hard for each of her clients.
