It would be hard to communicate all of the challenges and complications involved in the two house property we decided to sell much sooner than expected. A 1910 Craftsman style home and a carriage house which had been converted into a small two bedroom. We had to dispose of a huge amount of decades collected, have significant cosmetic remediation and coordinate all of that in complicated circumstances.
