It would be hard to communicate all of the challenges and complications involved in the two house property we decided to sell much sooner than expected. A 1910 Craftsman style home and a carriage house which had been converted into a small two bedroom. We had to dispose of a huge amount of decades collected, have significant cosmetic remediation and coordinate all of that in complicated circumstances. Abby was able to help us coordinate this undertaking with resources she's assembled who cost far less than any others we'd gotten quotes from. She showed up over and over again to not just check on progress, but jump in and assist at any opportunity, truly hands-on dedication. And we secured a buyer who came on the first day of our open house and offered a premium which amazed us. Then came more challenges, when a very expensive repair was discovered during inspections. We followed her lead in making the house ready to put on the market. She encouraged us to repaint, expose the lovely hardwood floors, remove the drapes and remove all the furniture. The house never looked more lovely as my brother described "all dressed in white". We received bids after just two days of posting the sign and one open house weekend.
