Her hard work CANNOT be discounted on our purchase. Our house isn’t brand new, but had been upgraded in many ways, so overall wasn’t straight forward. Molly made friends in city planning departments, pulled original drawings, got to the bottom of things (literally figuring out complexities with our foundation!) and in general gave us a clear picture of what we were buying, what needed work, and what was already really good, so didn’t need attention.
