Penny was very pleasant from our first meeting. She arranged for people to help me clean out 27 years of stuff. She found a buyer quickly. It was a pleasant experience!

Penny was great at getting us listed and pushing for the most money. The staging pictures were beautiful and we got a lot of online hits/in person views. Selling a condo was a bit strange during Covid as buyers wanted more single family homes. We also hit the holidays, some uncertainty with changes in a president, etc. Pennys team was great at helping us re-strategize in a buyers market. Athena and the rest of her team helped keep us on track. Their communication was always professional and Penny was always available vis phone when we had questions. In general they made a stressful situation easy and helped us sell our 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo.

I was coordinating the sale of a family home in LA from my home in New Jersey. Penny and her associate Athena handled far more than I would have expected them to manage. In order to list the home, it needed san industrial clean out, multiple repairs, painting, and staging. Penny and Athena handled it all. We found our buyer in just a few weeks and got a good price. The home was in some disrepair and we expected a big request for repair discounts. Penny and Athena helped us navigate the process and guide us toward an agreement. They needed to get competitive quotes from various trades for us to negotiate with the buyers repair demands and more. Overall, an excellent experience. Fast, friendly, honest and extremely competent.
