I recently purchased a house at the end of 2022 and thank to Kari Houke, she made it happen. I had a couple of agent prior to Kari, but I never felt like the agent where putting in the time or the agent was knowledgeable about buying a home. It's hard to explain, but it was the detail that cause me to look for another agent. I met Kari through my brother and he stated she was a good person. I was browsing homes websites found something that looked interesting, so I gave Kari a chance. I was surprised, shocked and amazed.
