Carla did an excellent job as my Real Estate Agent. Her knowledge and experience, but in particular, her responsiveness, made the finding and purchasing of the home that I wanted, a wonderfully positive experience. I'd been searching for a home for several years, with no success. The previous agents were more hands off, leaving me to search on my own. Carla would send me a list of houses, in my criteria, that just got on the market. We'd see them the very next day to evaluate them. Her experience and knowledge as a realtor made the evaluations of the properties insightful. Not only did she see details of the house(s) I didn't see (i.e. cracks in the garage floor, sump pump under the house, double-pane windows, etc. ), but she also had foresight of what it would be like long term if I lived there (i.e. close to a busy street and noise, large old tree in the front yard isn't looking healthy, etc.). And she's also a great negotiator. I'm glad she's on my side representing me. I would highly recommend Carla as your Real Estate Agent. If I ever move and/or need to buy another house again, I will seek her services. You should too.

House staged. She suggested staging the house. We listened to her experience and knowledge. My husband loved the new arrangement! And we have been staging our houses since then. It really opened up the house. We lived on a golf course so she took advantage of those views. Website traffic. Her video produced a lot of views and activities. We had the house sold in 2 days. Great Price. We got above our asking price. It sold quickly. She’s very knowledgeable about the area, understands the market, and is always willing to help with anything. You will be very fortunate to get to work with her. She’s with you every step of the way till your house is sold!
