My husband and I hired Nathan Fine as our broker to sell our lake house, located in Lower Lake, CA. I hired him due to his many 5-star ratings on Google. I have worked with other realtors in the south side of Lake County and was looking for a fresh start. Nate was exceptional all the way through from the moment we talked through getting the home ready to list, to having many open houses, and then finding a buyer for the property.
