My husband and I hired Nathan Fine as our broker to sell our lake house, located in Lower Lake, CA. I hired him due to his many 5-star ratings on Google. I have worked with other realtors in the south side of Lake County and was looking for a fresh start. Nate was exceptional all the way through from the moment we talked through getting the home ready to list, to having many open houses, and then finding a buyer for the property. The Lake County real estate market is very challenging right now and so Nate had his work cut out for him. He started by hiring the best home photographer and showing up so early to catch the magnificent sunrise.
