Elizibeth and her Team were on it and had a great mortgage broker to work with. I would defiantly use her again and I have also already referred her to a couple of friends.

If you are looking for a meticulous and compassionate real estate agent in Lakeport, look no further than Peggy Butcher. Peggy was incredibly informative, breaking down complex steps so we always felt confident. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and nothing slipped through the cracks. Most importantly, she took special care of my mother throughout the entire process, making a potentially stressful transition incredibly smooth and reassuring for her. Thank you, Peggy, for your dedication and heart!

We are not local to the area and we chose a lakefront property that interested us that wasn’t always available to see when we were available. Nathan stayed on top of it and called us with an opening that did work in our schedule. We ended up buying the property no questions asked. We had already been looking at others and settling in a different area and because of Nathan’s diligence we purchased the property he was representing. He worked with us and the homeowner to create a sales deal for our new dream home! Thank you Nathan!!

My husband and I hired Nathan Fine as our broker to sell our lake house, located in Lower Lake, CA. I hired him due to his many 5-star ratings on Google. I have worked with other realtors in the south side of Lake County and was looking for a fresh start. Nate was exceptional all the way through from the moment we talked through getting the home ready to list, to having many open houses, and then finding a buyer for the property. The Lake County real estate market is very challenging right now and so Nate had his work cut out for him. He started by hiring the best home photographer and showing up so early to catch the magnificent sunrise. Unfortunately, the clouds concealed the sunrise that morning (of course!), so he brought the photographer back to catch some additional amazing photographs. The house looked great and the photographer even captured hundreds of pelicans on the lake. Wow just wow! We were giving up hope and planning to relist it when the market picked up when low and behold, Nate found a buyer! After the buyer was under contract, Nate kept us informed and updated. The transaction went so smoothly and even closed on time. The buyers were contingent so we were nervous but it worked out and closed rather quickly from start to finish. He always made us feel that he had our interests (and the buyers' interests) covered and at the forefront of all actions he carried out. We could not be happier and strongly urge you to hire Nate. You will not regret it! I promise you!

Over quite a few real estate transactions Shannon has always made us feel valued and respected. We appreciate all the effort and time included in her beautiful approach to marketing and getting property to market. She quickly answered our many questions and any concerns we encountered. She listened well, and had explanations or solutions for any issues along the way. We trust and believe in her expertise. She works well with other agents, title company personnel, loan institutions, inspections, all showings as well as the many necessary steps in order to close a transaction. When we have been sellers considering offers, timelines, drawbacks as well as benefits became confusing Shannon created spreadsheets to help us understand each offers’ complexities As buyers Shannon has never made us feel rushed or inconvenient. We appreciate her kindness and the smile she has greeted us with every time! She has patiently showed us many properties until we have found exactly what we were looking for. But we might not be done yet! Although we have worked with other agents in the past, we would never even think of working with anyone else other than Shannon now! She is absolutely the best! We really can’t recommend her highly enough!

Jennifer was amazing. Great communicator. Great negotiator. Very professional. Jennifer's knowledge of Lake County, patience and persistence help us find a great home. She helped us get important repairs and a great property for the price. I know I was somewhat difficult because of my work experience. In making offers I saw that a lot realtors don't keep their clients to the deadlines or contracts. I would highly recommend Jennifer to any in Lake county.
