Working with sue was a pleasure. She was always, friendly, caring and helpful. She was always on top of all issues and very good at resolving any problems. She walked me through the whole process of finding and buying a new home. She referred me to very good Loan and Title companies and easy people to work with in getting a loan, title insurance and going through and closing escrow in a short amount of time. Plus taking care of any problems in a timely manner thoughout the whole process and setting up dealing with appointments with a building inspector, a termite inspector, a cleaning lady, a carpet cleaner, the Rossmoor HOA, Security, and more. Scott helped make selling my late mother-in-law's unit easier for us. He arranged for unwanted household items to be donated to charity, for painting, repairs, upgrades and staging. He conferred with us, providing comps as well as his professional opinion developed over many years working in Rossmoor, in coming up with an asking price. He is great with people and spread the word to other agents and clients in the area about the upcoming sale. He prepared a nice brochure that showcased the property nicely. After just a couple of days on the market, we received multiple offers over the asking price.
