Scott was recommended by a friend who used his services, who also found him through the recommendation of a friend who had used him. Scott helped make selling my late mother-in-law's unit easier for us. He arranged for unwanted household items to be donated to charity, for painting, repairs, upgrades and staging. He conferred with us, providing comps as well as his professional opinion developed over many years working in Rossmoor, in coming up with an asking price. He is great with people and spread the word to other agents and clients in the area about the upcoming sale. He prepared a nice brochure that showcased the property nicely. After just a couple of days on the market, we received multiple offers over the asking price. Scott also showed up at the title company when we went to sign documents in order to make sure the paperwork was handled properly. We were extremely pleased with Scott's work and will recommend him to others.

Scott was everything you would want in a real estate agent. He set reasonable expectations, communicated well and was available at a moments notice. I would highly recommend Scott.
