Because I was moving back to California after being in Oregon for 25 years he wanted to show me two distinctly different types of living to consider and I greatly appreciated the choices he presented. This process took him longer, but I was able to narrow down the type of living situation that I wanted and ended up with a fabulous condominium. He took time and had a great deal of patience when I wanted to go back and see another property again and helped me to compare and contrast value and amenities and with his help I made a decision with confidence and knowledge I was buying the best home for me. He is very skillful and has a good working relationship with his real estate peers too. I was able to learn about properties that were coming on the market and others that were in process of renovation. I’m not sure how I found Tom Nevin as an agent, but I feel very lucky that I did and highly recommend him!
