Tom specializes in Rossmoor (resort) properties and downtown Walnut Creek beautiful condominium properties as well. Because I was moving back to California after being in Oregon for 25 years he wanted to show me two distinctly different types of living to consider and I greatly appreciated the choices he presented. Tom Nevin has a wealth of knowledge about different types of homes in Rossmoor and showed me many different floorplans and why buyers might prefer one over another and the advantages of each area in The Rossmoor community. This process took him longer, but I was able to narrow down the type of living situation that I wanted and ended up with a fabulous condominium. He took time and had a great deal of patience when I wanted to go back and see another property again and helped me to compare and contrast value and amenities and with his help I made a decision with confidence and knowledge I was buying the best home for me. He is very skillful and has a good working relationship with his real estate peers too. I was able to learn about properties that were coming on the market and others that were in process of renovation. I’m not sure how I found Tom Nevin as an agent, but I feel very lucky that I did and highly recommend him!
