Kris was just what we hoped for when we were looking for realtor. He grew up in the Central Coast and his deep knowledge of the local real estate industry and community history was very beneficial during our home search. What I appreciate most about Kris is his professionalism and patience. We were not in a rush to find our new home and like most people we had living logistics and emotions to deal with. Kris never made us feel rushed or pressured. During our negotiations and purchase Kris guided the process and was the key person in getting both sides into an agreement. After we purchased the property, Kris lent us his resources in the insurance, and construction industries and continues to follow up with us, both on a project basis and as a new friend. We cannot say enough good things about Kris. You would be lucky to have him as your real estate representative.
