Kris Nafziger

We originally met Kris in Avila. He was kind enough to take into the Indian hills of Avila. We didn’t have a scheduled appointment, yet he was generous enough to show us several homes in the area. We eventually decided that we preferred Morro Bay and wanted Kris to continue the journey with us. He has great knowledge of the entire central coast. We were happy that he was willing to drive to Morro Bay to help us. He showed us three properties that were nice, but not quite what we were looking for. Despite not selecting any of those properties he gave us preliminary title reports and inspection reports. We called Kris a third time because we found a place that we felt was “the place”. Again, Kris drove, out of his way to assist. He answered all the questions we asked, and if he didn’t know, he found out. We ended up buying the condo in Morro Bay. Kris is very kind and patient and we appreciate his continued efforts to make our dream come true.

I am so glad that I met this agent. It was a random meeting that turned into the sale of the home that I was living in and buying another home that we are happier in. Kris was instantly responsive to all calls questions emails, etc. My husband and I would highly recommend Kris to anyone who is seeking an enthusiastic, go-getter type of Real estate agent.

I can't recommend Kris enough. He is our fourth real estate agent, and is, by far, THE BEST. Kris' professional advice and proactiveness is the only reason we were able to purchase our home in a competitive SLO market. He was on top of the large and small details, prepared for future outcomes with numerous and varied plans, and has expert knowledge about the Central Coast market. Buying a home is an emotionally stressful experience, but Kris remains calm and supportive through it all.

Kris did an awesome job in all categories in regards helping us with the purchase of our investment property. I can’t say more than he is so professional and knows the real estate business up and down. To top it off, he’s super friendly and we had a great time working with him!

Kris was amazing in every aspect of the purchase of our home. Very relational, knowledgeable about the area, the process of negotiation, inspections, contracts, etc. If there ever was a question he wasn’t sure of, he got the answer quickly from his team at San Luis Bay Realty. We love his low pressure laid back style/personality, but in saying that he was always one step ahead of the process and readily available.
