I first worked with Kris in spring of 2024. He represented me as a buyer who was looking for non-entitled parcel zoned for Multi-Family Residential. He listened to my wants, needs, and preferences and delivered multiple options within the stated parameters. We made and offer that was accepted but he structured the escrow to included enough margin for due diligence. Kris' pursuit of excellence in business practice lead us to getting a price reduction driven by the data and research he produced and we closed 30 days after reduction. Fast forward to spring of 2026. Kris lead me through the process of selling a land parcel that included multiple offers, disclosures, rare contingency requests, etc. In short he was able to secure and offer that resulted in net profit as well as being able to close in a 7 days, cash deal. My husband and I had been looking for real estate after selling our long time home in OC on and off for over a year, from SLO to San Diego, not finding much that excited us for this retired new phase of life. We ultimately decided on the Central Coast, which holds a special place in our hearts. We wanted a 'unique' property with a bit of a 'wow' factor. He introduced us to the staff, and this was the clincher for us! Kris understood the market in the area I made the purchase and was able to help me understand the nuances of both the property and the community. Kris was our remote realtor helping us with a search in the Pismo/Arroyo Seco area while we live in Morgan Hill. The fact that we were doing these searches remotely amplified the need for good and timely communication. He excelled in both. When we would travel down to view properties he was very organized and effective in making the most of the time we had. After we selected a home and made an offer, he was our great eyes-and-ears on the property we selected involved ion all the inspections and any repairs that were done.
We originally met Kris in Avila. He was kind enough to take into the Indian hills of Avila. We didn’t have a scheduled appointment, yet he was generous enough to show us several homes in the area. We eventually decided that we preferred Morro Bay and wanted Kris to continue the journey with us. He has great knowledge of the entire central coast. We were happy that he was willing to drive to Morro Bay to help us. He showed us three properties that were nice, but not quite what we were looking for. Despite not selecting any of those properties he gave us preliminary title reports and inspection reports. We called Kris a third time because we found a place that we felt was “the place”. Again, Kris drove, out of his way to assist. He answered all the questions we asked, and if he didn’t know, he found out. We ended up buying the condo in Morro Bay. Kris is very kind and patient and we appreciate his continued efforts to make our dream come true.
I am so glad that I met this agent. It was a random meeting that turned into the sale of the home that I was living in and buying another home that we are happier in.
