I was referred to Jackie by a mutual friend. Within days of listing my condo, we had realtor tours and open houses. I received a cash offer from one of those showings. Unfortunately, that offer fell through. With the next week Jackie found an investor friend of hers who made essentially the same offer. About a month and a half later, the sale has closed.
