When we found "the one", Harriet went above and beyond to make sure we had a strong offer with her market knowledge, negotiation skills, and relationship skills, and also helped us understand all the paperwork and the "fine print" when we were ready to make an offer. She also had great referrals for other points of contact throughout the home buying process, and "held our hand" through escrow and even after closing! Jane is the best realestate agent I have ever used . She goes beyond her job scope to assist you in making the transactions necessary as smooth and painless as possible. I have never had an agent (and I’ve had a lot) do as much as she does when it comes to buying or selling a property. If you need help with anything, Jane will get it. She helped me fix up the house I was selling with gardeners, handyman, etc. to help me get the most for my property. Jane is always in a great mood and just plain fun to work with. I could never recommend anyone else because she’s the best!

Tran guided us through the whole process of finding our home, making it an easy and enjoyable experience. We were new to the area and first time buyers, so relied on Tran's local knowledge to help us pick the right neighborhood and size/layout for our family.
