This is just the buying part, before buying, he spent hours on vision for design, marketability as short term rental and future potential due to zoning changes. Your investment will be safe with Josh. Now after closing, we were working together to set up our airbnb, pro bono. Josh and Joe gave invaluable advises, visits to the property uncountable amount of time for design suggestions, finding decors, helping us deciding furniture, sharing resources, showing how to renovate easily (with their help, I could tile up a kitchen and bathroom in 2-3 days, after work). And the airbnb is live now. So you will think his job is done. To me it is. But now, today he texted me how to optimize STRO for search engines. I wish everyone gets an agent like him.
