I had never bought a place before. I was looking for a starter, excited to start building equity, but super intimidated by the process. I had talked with a couple different real estate professionals who were pushy or came across like salesmen and didn't seem to have my interest in mind at all. Not so with Tiffany! She was very polite, asked me what kinds of things I'm looking for in a place(some of which I wasn't even sure and she gave me some great ideas), and I especially appreciated that she wasn't pushy at all. I had some credit issues I needed help with, and when I asked her to recommend someone, she made a wonderful recommendation, and the woman helped me soooo much! After getting my credit issues squared away, I was ready to start looking at places. At one point, I was even considering a place that was over budget, and she politely reminded me to take into consideration all the costs of owning a place. If she was only in it for herself, she would've sold me the place with no concern if I could afford it. Tiffany is wonderful! She has integrity, knowledge, and is polite and very skillful at negotiating. I will definitely choose her again when I buy my next home, and I recommend her to anyone I run into who is looking to buy.
