The latest transaction with him was very complex and involved selling two properties, buying two others, with 1031 exchanges, and during a pandemic. Representing us as a buying agent and as a selling agent meant that we knew Ken, and his dedicated team, had everything under control, no matter how complicated everything got. The selling properties went for more than we had expected (and quicker) and we got better deals on the purchases than we had expected. Best of all, all of the parties involved were happy with the results and felt they were treated fairly. If I could give Ken more than five stars I would.
