Without Heather I would not own a home. My budget was small and most housing was out of my price range. Through the many processes I had to go through from appraisal to HOA approval, Heather was right there with me giving instruction and making phonecalls/sending emails when necessary. I purchased a short sale property with Michael as my agent. True to the short sale nature, it was a very difficult, drawn-out process. But Michael and his staff stayed on the listing agent and the bank. The bank sat forever on the short sale, but when they finally released it, they gave us only 2 weeks to close. Michael and his group were instrumental with working with my lender to push this loan through in what can only be described as record time.
