I purchased a short sale property with Michael as my agent. True to the short sale nature, it was a very difficult, drawn-out process. But Michael and his staff stayed on the listing agent and the bank. The bank sat forever on the short sale, but when they finally released it, they gave us only 2 weeks to close. Michael and his group were instrumental with working with my lender to push this loan through in what can only be described as record time. I cannot thank Michael enough for his hard work and quick replies....at all hours of the day and evening. I would highly recommend this group for any real estate needs!
