He was incredibly responsive, speedily addressed every concern and question we had (of which there were hundreds), and as soon as I'd send him a list of homes we wanted to check out he'd have an itinerary of appointment times to go see them within - seriously - hours. He helpfully raised valid concerns on each property we visited, careful to point out areas of possible concern but never once pushed his opinion on us - his primary focus was to lay out the facts and then allow us to come to a decision from there.
