I was very impressed with Moriah's very efficient handling of the recent sale of a piece of raw land in Boulder, Colorado. I had owned the land for a long time and since I wasn't making the improvements progress I'd originally planned, I had decided a couple years ago to sell it. Until I engaged Moriah, not only did I have to insist on a higher sale price than the agent suggested, there was no effective movement on the sale. Not only did Moriah recommend a sale price higher than the one I was insisting on (two years makes a difference!) but she handled all the paperwork and completed the sale within 45 days of our initial chat. She provided her opinion on opportunities worth pursuing as well as opinions I needed - especially for forms that were hard to comprehend.
