When we did finally make a decision on a home purchase, she knowledgeably and skillfully negotiated the purchase. Then she went to work to sell our existing home. She was incredible with details and doing little extra things to get our house sold, navigating the exhausting process with and for us. Jeanne is an awesome agent and great person. She made the search process so easy. I am from out of state and in the beginning she would facetime me to walk through some houses. She gave honest feedback about various areas and what I was looking for. We toured a bunch of houses on my trip from Denver and I feel she really listened to what I was looking for and understood to be able to maximize the time I had in Denver by only showing houses that seemed to fit the bill . I ended up buying a new build and Jeanne was there for the "Tape Party" as my second set of eyes, and stood in for me during my final walk through and collecting the keys so that I didn't have to fly back to Denver again. She was with me every step of the way. She has been there to help with questions or issues (like the huge hail storm a few days after I moved in). She is not just a real estate agent she has become my first friend in Colorado. Like I said wonderful agent and great person! I would highly recommend Jeanne she is awesome!
