What an amazing experience I had working with Jason—from the moment we looked at the first property until the day we celebrated my closing. And beleive me, I was not the easiest buyer to deal with. My wants were a bit unrealistic, but he listened and was patient with me as I slowly accepted that what and where I wanted didn't really exist. Unfazed, he kept coming up with new properties to look at until we found the one that checked off many of my boxes. And that's when he really had to go to work because as it turned out the house needed an entirely new septic system! I'm not sure how he made it happen, but the seller agreeid to pay more than 90% of the cost of replacement... and this was on top of some other concessions they had already agreed to. In the end I couldn't imagine working with anyone other than Jason and I plan on recommending him (and singing his praises) to anyone I meet looking to buy or sell a property. Thanks, Jason!!!
