We couldn't have asked for a better realtor to help us purchase our property in Hartsel. Jason was referred to us by a mutual friend for his deep knowledge of the South Park area, and he absolutely lived up to that reputation. He had great contacts for well inspections, Park County permitting, and anything else we asked for. He is working in urban and suburban areas now, and I have no doubt he is equally adept in any kind of property. Jason's communication was great. We had tons of dumb questions and he never seemed to get tired of answering them :) And did I mention that he is just a great guy? We walked the property corners with his and our dogs and he is someone who genuinely cares and that you would want to hang out with.

What an amazing experience I had working with Jason—from the moment we looked at the first property until the day we celebrated my closing. And beleive me, I was not the easiest buyer to deal with. My wants were a bit unrealistic, but he listened and was patient with me as I slowly accepted that what and where I wanted didn't really exist. Unfazed, he kept coming up with new properties to look at until we found the one that checked off many of my boxes. And that's when he really had to go to work because as it turned out the house needed an entirely new septic system! I'm not sure how he made it happen, but the seller agreeid to pay more than 90% of the cost of replacement... and this was on top of some other concessions they had already agreed to. In the end I couldn't imagine working with anyone other than Jason and I plan on recommending him (and singing his praises) to anyone I meet looking to buy or sell a property. Thanks, Jason!!!

We’ve bought and sold two homes with Jason and he delivers every time. Most recently he helped us sell our home in Aurora so we could move out of state on short notice. It was a very stressful move to contemplate and we had to do everything long distance but Jason handled everything and kept the lines of communication open so we could complete the sale. He has a lot of experience in the Denver market which really comes through in discussing strategies and I felt like he really came through on the extra effort on this sale. There were some interesting ups and downs with the process but Jason kept a cool head and helped us stay on track so we could close on time . He went out of his way to check up on our house regularly since we were out of state and mailed personal items we needed after the sale. We followed his advice and in a market where many other homes are sitting on the market for months with lots of price reductions, we were able to sell for a great price in 3 days.
